Theofanis C. Giotis, PMP, MSc (Greece)
has over 20 years worldwide professional experience and has worked in different cultural environments mainly in Europe. He was part of a team that setup the first PMO office in Greece for Greek Telecommunications Organization (OTE). Since then he has managed hundreds of IT and Telco projects. He is a popular conference speaker and author on risk, he has won several awards for his papers. Barry Hslung, Ph.D., PMP (China)
Dr. Hsiung has over 20 years experience in project management, and has trained more than 4,500 elites from private and government agencies in Taiwan and China, and also has become a well-known speaker at project management conferences and forums. He is adjunct professor at George Washington University, and the University of Management and Technology and teaches in the EMBA program of the National Central University in Taiwan. He is the executive Chairman of GPAC (Greater China Project Management Advancement Committee) and President of the PMI Taipei Taiwan chapter .

His experience is essentially in electricity distribution & generation, with a particular focus on renewable energies. He was Operations Manager and carried out technical and economic studies for electricity distribution and production plants in South Africa. He was a consultant engineer for a World Bank financed project in Western Africa and in the last 2 years a Supply Chain Consultant and Project Manager for SAB Ltd. He has recently started a company which will be a vehicle to develop biogas, sewage & coal mine gas projects in southern Africa.
