This 3-day class helps experienced practitioners expand their leadership impact beyond team-level practices to influence enterprise-wide agility in a rapidly changing world. Building on proven concepts of Disciplined Agile, adaptive leadership and broadening beyond traditional management, approaches, the course provides practical frameworks for cultivating resilient, flexible organizations ready to thrive amid ambiguity and uncertainty.

Participants will explore how agility applies across functions through the concepts of Value Stream, MBIs, and generally iterative and incremental approaches. to reimagine structures, processes, and cultures at the organizational level. Beyond the techniques, this course emphasizes how agile leadership, governance, and culture interact to create truly adaptable organizations.

Participants will learn how to apply Agile and Adaptive Principles at organizational level. The focus moves from scaling agile delivery to developing agile organizations — ones that align strategy, portfolio management, and team collaboration to respond quickly to change and achieve measurable business outcomes.
