Program Management Master Class
Description
This 4-day program management master class is based on more than 25 years of international practice of program management, consolidated in the book Program Management by Michel Thiry, and aligns with the major program management standards.
The course comprises a detailed review of the program management context and key program functions: strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, governance, benefits management, decision management, and change leadership.
It compares existing standards and shows how to assess the program management maturity of your organization. Participants will follow a step-by-step process and practice their newly acquired knowledge and techniques on a complex real-life case study.
The course addresses experienced program managers and managers of complex projects, portfolio and PMO managers, as well as senior managers who have to deal with strategic initiatives.
