Portfolio, Program and Value Stream Management

Description

This class integrates the three disciplines that lead to strategy execution. Portfolio direction and management are the means of implementing the corporate strategy; it is an ongoing process.

Program management is the means to implement business strategy; it is a time-framed process based on a cyclic approach that can be deemed agile because it is both iterative and incremental and because it regularly delivers benefits to stakeholders and the organization.

The value stream is the process by which the activities leading to value delivery are streamlined to deliver regular minimum business increments and organizational value sooner.

This class looks at the whole organization and how teams, organizational stakeholders, and customers collaborate to create harmony and coordination.
