Project Leadership Simulation

Description

An effective project leader has to be able to think systematically and act in multiple time frames. This intensive workshop goes beyond tools and techniques to develop leadership skills and behaviors that ordinarily take months, even years to acquire.

We focus on integrating critical management tasks—such as planning, implementation, and using tools—with the key management processes of building relationships and teams.

This workshop is not a “canned” or packaged methodology. Unlike many basic survey courses, it is designed experientially to maximize learning and retention, returning participants to their job with the knowledge and skills in hand to manage projects successfully.
