Project Management Simulation
Description
This seminar condenses months of project experience into four days, using a computerized case study to simulate rapid-fire decision-making situations.
The program encourages proactive manipulation of schedules, human resources, equipment, communications, and budgets to solve real-world problems such as turnover, schedule delays, and budget overruns.
You will improve your ability to control projects by compiling essential information into meaningful management metrics reports from which to make sound, informed decisions.
You will learn how to structure a presentation of key information to improve communications with senior management and project staff. The program also promotes team relationships and emphasizes the importance of effective group dynamics, synergy, and the need for effective communications, resource allocation, unexpected contingencies, conflicts, unexpected budget cuts, and decision-making with immediate feedback on impacts.
