Description

This 4-day Master Class is aimed at experienced managers and PMO leads who want to further their career and help their organization consistently deliver value. It will build your confidence in managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams across departments to deliver organizational strategies and objectives. Redefine the mandate, governance and strategy of your PMO to have a true organizational impact and deliver value consistently. You will learn to define and measure the value of organizational initiatives and align them to stakeholder objectives. In this class, we will explore the Value Stream, from stakeholders’ needs and expectations to the delivery of value to their satisfaction. It includes concepts of Complexity, Lean, Disciplined Agile, and Rolling Wave approaches.
